Hyperscale HCM - connecting talent, powering infrastructure
Recruiting data center professionals nationwide

Delivering Top Talent for Mission-Critical Infrastructure.

Hyperscale HCM connects data center owners, operators, builders, and service partners with the professionals who keep critical facilities moving - from the field teams turning over white space to the leaders running national programs.

Connecting talent. Powering infrastructure.

Focused search support for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and mission-critical service organizations nationwide. We work a narrow market deeply rather than a broad one thinly.

For employers

Recruiting built for uptime, growth, and speed.

The data center market moves faster than general recruiting can keep up with. Sites break ground before the org chart exists, commissioning windows compress, and one open critical facilities seat can put a shift schedule at risk. Hyperscale HCM works the specialised talent pools that power those environments - individual contributors through senior leadership.

Because the search is run by someone who speaks the language of OFCI deliveries, Level 4 and Level 5 scripts, N+1 topologies, and Day 2 work in a live hall, you spend less time correcting a shortlist and more time interviewing people who can actually do the job.

How we engage

Targeted Search

Direct, name-level outreach into the operators, general contractors, and OEMs where the right experience actually sits - not a job-board repost.

Market Insight

Straight feedback on talent availability, compensation bands, competing offers, and whether the role as written is winnable in that market.

Candidate Screening

Practical evaluation of facility type, project scale, self-perform versus oversight, travel tolerance, and leadership fit before anyone reaches your calendar.

Nationwide Coverage

Support across established and emerging markets, including relocation and travel-based roles for teams standing up new campuses.

Who we serve

Built around how the data center industry is actually organised.

Every part of the delivery chain hires differently. We adjust the search, the pitch, and the screen to match.

Hyperscale operators

Owner-side construction, commissioning, and critical facilities teams supporting multi-building campus programs and Day 2 work in live environments.

Colocation & wholesale

Site and regional teams responsible for uptime, customer fit-outs, capacity planning, and multi-tenant service delivery.

General contractors & design-build

Project delivery, MEP, quality, and safety staff for ground-up builds, retrofits, and phased turnovers on aggressive schedules.

OEM & service partners

Commissioning agents, controls integrators, switchgear and UPS service organisations, and logistics providers supporting OFCI programs.

Engagement models

Three ways to run a search.

Chosen by how critical the seat is and how much of the market has to be covered - not by what is easiest to sell.

Retained search

For leadership and single-point-of-failure roles. Full market map, committed timeline, structured reporting.

Engaged search

For priority hires that still need real market coverage. Shared commitment up front, balance on placement.

Contract & project staffing

For commissioning peaks, turnover pushes, and OFCI programs where headcount is tied to a schedule.

Process

A direct search partner for critical hires.

The process stays clear, fast, and grounded in the realities of data center hiring.

01

Define the search

Clarify the role, facility environment, must-have experience, compensation, interview panel, and timing - then agree what disqualifies a candidate.

02

Map the market

Identify and engage qualified professionals across the relevant data center markets, including passive candidates who are not applying anywhere.

03

Deliver shortlists

Present aligned candidates with written context on scope, scale, motivation, compensation, and any risk worth knowing before the first call.

04

Close and follow through

Manage scheduling, feedback loops, references, offer strategy, counteroffer risk, and check-ins through the first months on site.

Coverage

Nationwide, with depth in the markets that are building.

Searches are run wherever the work is - established campuses, emerging secondary markets, and travel-based roles that follow a program from site to site.

Relocation and travel roles

Many critical hires will not be filled inside a 50-mile radius. We qualify relocation appetite, per diem expectations, rotation schedules, and family constraints early, so a strong candidate does not fall apart at the offer stage.

Common questions

Straight answers before you engage.

How quickly will I see candidates?

For most searches, a first slate lands within the first two weeks of kickoff. Highly specialised or geographically constrained roles take longer, and we will say so at kickoff rather than after week three.

Do you work roles outside the data center market?

Only where the skills carry over cleanly - mission-critical healthcare, semiconductor fabs, pharmaceutical, and heavy industrial projects that share the same commissioning, quality, and uptime discipline.

Will you approach candidates confidentially?

Yes. Confidential replacement searches are handled without naming the client until a candidate is qualified and under NDA-equivalent terms if you require it.

What do you need from us to start?

The requisition or scope, the compensation range you can actually approve, the interview panel and their availability, and one 30-minute intake call. That is enough to launch.
